DEMIA Seeks Label Home
October 20, 2006Dutch metalheads DEMIA are currently shopping for a suitable label to release their debut album, "Insidious", which was recorded earlier this year in Los Angeles under the supervision of producers Logan Mader (MACHINE HEAD, SOULFLY) and Lucas Banker (JUNKIE XL). In the meantime, the band has announced a bunch of tour dates with such acts as (HED) P.E., CALIBAN, DAGOBA, AS WE FIGHT, HATESPHERE, VOLBEAT and RAUNCHY. The details are as follows:
Oct. 27 - Arnhem (NL) Willemeen (w/ DAGOBA)
Oct. 29 - Tilburg (NL) 013 (w/ DAGOBA)
Oct. 30 - Utrecht (NL) Tivoli (w/ (HED) P.E)
Dec. 02 - Amstelveen (NL) P60 (w/ HATESPHERE, VOLBEAT & RAUNCHY)
Dec. 08 - Hengelo (NL) Metropool (w/ CALIBAN & AS WE FIGHT)
Dec. 09 - Dordrecht (NL) Bibelot (w/ CALIBAN & AS WE FIGHT)
Dec. 10 - Sneek (NL) Het Bolwerk (w/ CALIBAN & AS WE FIGHT)
Commented bassist Spit: "We are very pleased with the upcoming dates. To play with bands like HATESPHERE, (HED) P.E. and CALIBAN is great." Added guitarist DMN, "Although our album, 'Insidious', is not out yet it will be a good opportunity to share our new songs live with the audience."
